Description

This specimen of Downy Skullcap exhibits a single, relatively straight herbaceous stem with vibrant green, serrated leaves arranged oppositely. It is currently in full bloom, displaying numerous delicate lavender-blue, helmet-shaped flowers along the upper portion of the stem. The plant appears to be growing naturally in a woodland setting.
