Description

This specimen features two dark purple, bell-shaped flowers covered in soft, silvery hairs, characteristic of the Meadow Pasqueflower. The flowers are borne on hairy, arching stems, with one flower prominently displayed in the foreground and another partially visible below. Surrounding the base of the flower stalks are feathery, deeply dissected bracts, also covered in fine hairs.
