Description

This is a young Date Palm (Phoenix dactylifera) grown from a spontaneously germinated seed in 2016. It displays a developing green trunk base with fibrous remnants from old fronds, and a cluster of pinnate leaves emerging from the crown. The plant is currently 30 cm tall and shows early development in a standard pot.
